"AWESOME LIGHTBARS"
I got myself an awesome light bar from this company and was so thrilled with it that I went ahead and bought a second one, which is even better and has a max of 5 watts. I’m even more satisfied now! I’m confident that both light bars will perform just as they’re supposed to when I need them. The customer service and instant chat support are FANTASTIC. When I placed my first order, I had to reach out to customer service, and they responded quickly with the info I needed. I DON'T ALWAYS TRUST NEGATIVE REVIEWS, BUT I'M REALLY HAPPY WITH LED OUTFITTERS. GIVE LED OUTFITTERS A SHOT, AND YOU'LL BE HAPPY TOO. I SURE AM 100 PERCENT HAPPY WITH LED OUTFITTERS.

"Inexpensive lights that break down quickly..."
These budget lights stop working not long after you set 'em up, and getting a return sorted out is a real hassle once you manage to show them that they’re defective.

"Ordered a lightbar and 16 lights for my fire truck..."
Three weeks back, I placed an order for a lightbar and 16 lights for my fire engine, but I haven't received any updates since I made the purchase with a purchase order. After trying five times to reach someone by phone, I found out that the lightbar I wanted was out of stock and that the Fenix lights I selected couldn't be bought with a p.o. They could've at least shot me an email instead of wasting my time.
"Avoid these scammers at all costs"
Steer clear of these scammers, they shipped me a light bar but forgot to include a wiring diagram! When I reached out, those jerks had the nerve to say the 14-day return policy would hit me with a 35% restocking fee. What a total ripoff! I’m gonna let my credit card company handle these fools!

"Avoid This Company - They Deceived Me..."
This company is a total scam! They sent me a broken light bar and then had the audacity to charge a restocking fee for it. Seriously, steer clear of this place; there are plenty of other reputable companies out there, believe me.

"Awesome shopping experience!"
I just placed an order and accidentally put in the wrong billing address. The order got declined, but once I entered the right one, it went through. It’s fantastic that in today’s world, where fraud is rampant, you’re genuinely protecting your customers. I can’t wait to buy more stuff from LED Outfitters. Thanks, and take care!

"Terrible items and even worse..."
Terrible items and even worse support. The first light bar I got quit after just an hour. The second one held up for only 2 months. When I tried to get my money back, they refused to refund me. They only offer to fix the product that keeps breaking down. I'm really let down by both the quality and the service. Do yourself a favor and grab a cheap $50 strobe from Amazon instead. It'll definitely last longer than anything from this company. Just a heads up for potential buyers.

"They offer a promo code for free..."
They provide a promo code for free shipping, but it doesn’t function. Plus, they promise a free tee shirt that you can’t actually receive! Feeling a bit let down by both of these things. What’s the point of offering them?!

The advertisement displays various promo codes and mentions free shipping. However, when you apply a promo code, the free shipping option disappears, and that detail isn’t mentioned in the ad. This is my first time ordering, and I really hope the products are as great as they claim on their website. I checked your page, and it doesn’t indicate that only one promo code can be used per order. Sure, there are some restrictions noted at the top, but they’re not clear at all.

"Absolutely Terrible Experience"
This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. They insisted I file a claim with UPS. The return was confirmed to be at their facility. According to their 14-day return policy, I should've received a full refund. Yet, they still took my money from the return. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. The quality of their products is really poor. There's a LED company in St. Louis, Missouri, that I can vouch for; they are honest and won't sell you faulty items. It's clear that companies from New York continue to disappoint. I had to give it one star just to leave this review.

"I guide oversized shipments and..."
I guide oversized shipments and placed an order for a 44' extreme razor amber bar about 6 months back. Their website claims it's available, but it wasn't; it took 6 weeks to get it. The light bar is fantastic, operates well, and is really bright with no problems. Gotta say, customer service is pretty terrible.

"Challenging Return Process"
I goofed up by buying a mini light bar for trauma work, only to find out it wasn’t what I was looking for once I unboxed it. I sent it back within the 14-day window, but it ended up at their neighbor's place, and they were clueless about it. The return process was tough, and now they’re hitting me with a restocking fee, which I’ve never encountered anywhere else. So, think twice before you buy from this company.

"Terrible Customer Support Experience"
I made a purchase for a light bar along with a siren and speaker. I got the light bar, but when I inquired about the siren and speaker, they informed me they were still waiting on the manufacturer. However, it clearly states on their website that those items are in stock. The customer service was quite rude. I requested to cancel the remaining items in my order, and they told me it would take 7 to 10 days for a refund. After 10 days with no refund, I called again, only to find out that the guy hadn’t even canceled my order. This is really poor customer service, and I would NOT recommend them at all.

"Complete Waste of Time"
Seriously, don’t bother with these folks. I made an order seven months back. They said it was shipped, then it got back ordered. I called them repeatedly, and they seemed clueless or just didn’t give a hoot, probably hoping I’d just forget about it. I even requested a refund, but still nothing. They told me only one person can handle that (STEVE). We might have thought they were a big operation, but I’m guessing they’re just running things out of a garage.

"Avoid this company at all costs"
Seriously, steer clear of this company. I purchased the BLACK FRIDA DaMeGa 36" FLEX 12 MINI LED LIGHTBAR & 4 DIAMOND 4 GRILL LIGHTS. The light overheated within just 2 minutes of use. The cigarette plug got so hot it actually burned my hand. I've reached out to them several times, and they keep saying they'll get back to me, but they never do. When I called, I ended up speaking to a really rude representative. After waiting for 2 weeks, still no response. Just stay away from this place. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Now I'm out $335, and honestly, their gear is just junk!
